These terms govern your use of aurholm.com and purchases from Aurholm LLC. By using the site or submitting an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked here. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

About the store

Aurholm LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company. Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer products and process orders.

Eligibility and account information

You must be able to enter a binding contract where you live, or use the site with permission from a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for accurate account, billing, contact, and delivery information and for activity under your account.

Products and information

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, dimensions, finishes, compatibility, and images accurately. Screen settings, material variation, handmade elements, and production batches can cause reasonable differences in color or appearance. Product-specific safety ratings and certifications apply only when stated on the relevant product page or documentation.

Aurholm products are made in China. Most orders ship from China, while selected inventory ships from Buford, Georgia. A U.S. business address or shipping location is not a claim that a product was made in the United States.

Electrical products and installation

Confirm dimensions, voltage, location rating, dimmer compatibility, and installation requirements before purchase and installation. A qualified electrician should install, remove, inspect, or repair hardwired lighting. Follow the instructions supplied with the product and applicable electrical and building codes.

Prices, payment, and taxes

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless checkout states otherwise. Available payment methods appear at checkout. You authorize the payment provider to charge the total shown when you submit the order.

Prices and availability can change before an order is accepted. Applicable checkout tax will be shown where it can be calculated. Canadian customers are responsible for import taxes, duties, brokerage, and carrier handling charges described in our shipping policy.

Orders

An order confirmation means we received your order. It does not guarantee acceptance or shipment. We may reject or cancel an order for an unavailable product, payment or fraud concern, pricing or description error, shipping restriction, or suspected misuse. If we cancel a paid item, we refund the amount charged for that item.

Contact us within 24 hours to request a change or cancellation. We cannot guarantee a change after the order enters production, is packed, or ships. Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled after production begins.

Shipping, delivery, and returns

Our shipping policy explains fulfillment locations, delivery estimates, tracking, delays, and import charges. Our return and refund policy explains eligibility, custom products, costs, damage claims, and refunds. These policies form part of these terms.

Limited warranty

Eligible products purchased from aurholm.com include the Aurholm one-year limited warranty. Product-specific written warranty terms control if they provide different coverage. Nothing in these terms removes a consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.

Site content and intellectual property

The site and its text, photographs, graphics, logos, product names, videos, and other content are owned by or licensed to Aurholm and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site for personal shopping and product information. You may not copy, sell, publish, scrape, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit site content without permission, except as allowed by law.

Reviews and other submissions

If you submit a review, photo, video, idea, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate another person's rights. You give Aurholm a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit for length or format, publish, and display the submission in connection with our business. We may remove content that violates these terms.

Acceptable use

You may not use the site to break the law, infringe rights, submit false or harmful content, distribute malicious code, interfere with security, collect information without authority, or place fraudulent orders. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the site, customers, or our rights.

Third-party services and links

The site may use or link to services provided by Shopify, payment providers, carriers, social platforms, or other third parties. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. Aurholm is not responsible for a third-party site that we do not control.

Disclaimers

Except for an express written warranty and rights that cannot be excluded, the site and services are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not promise that the site will always be uninterrupted or error free. This paragraph does not limit our obligation to provide products as described or honor applicable consumer law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurholm is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from use of the site or a product. Aurholm's total liability for a claim related to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These limits do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse Aurholm for reasonable losses and costs caused by your unlawful use of the site, infringement of another person's rights, or material breach of these terms. This does not apply to a loss caused by Aurholm.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with jurisdiction in Wyoming may hear disputes unless applicable consumer law allows or requires a different forum. Customers in Canada and other jurisdictions keep any mandatory protections available where they live.

Changes, severability, and entire agreement

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Changes do not retroactively reduce rights attached to an order already accepted unless law permits and requires the change.

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining terms will continue. These terms and the policies linked from them are the agreement between you and Aurholm concerning the site and an order.
