Aurholm One-Year Limited Warranty

Effective date: August 7, 2026

This document is the Aurholm one-year limited warranty for eligible lighting products purchased directly from aurholm.com.

Warranty period

Aurholm warrants to the original purchaser that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of delivery, when used and installed as intended in a residential setting.

What the warranty covers

The warranty covers a verified defect in the fixture or a component supplied with it. When a claim involves a replaceable component, our support team can work with the manufacturing team to identify the product specifications and a compatible part.

After reviewing the claim, Aurholm may provide troubleshooting, a replacement component, a replacement product, or a refund. The remedy depends on the nature of the defect, product availability, and what is safe and reasonable in the circumstances.

What the warranty does not cover

  • Normal wear, aging, or minor variation in color, finish, texture, or handmade components.
  • Light bulbs and other consumable items unless the product page expressly states otherwise.
  • Damage caused by improper installation, incorrect voltage, unsuitable dimmers, faulty building wiring, misuse, accident, neglect, unauthorized modification, or use outside the product's stated rating.
  • Damage caused by improper cleaning, harsh chemicals, moisture, corrosion, extreme conditions, or outdoor use when the product is not rated for that environment.
  • Damage caused by parts, controls, or accessories not supplied or approved for the fixture.
  • Shipping damage, missing parts, or an incorrect item reported at delivery. Those issues are handled under our return and refund policy.

Installation and labor costs

Electrical installation, removal, repair, and reinstallation should be completed by a qualified electrician. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, this limited warranty does not reimburse electrician fees, contractor labor, access equipment, wall or ceiling repair, or other third-party costs.

How to make a claim

Email support@aurholm.com with:

  • Your Aurholm order number and delivery address.
  • The product name or model, if available.
  • A clear description of the issue and when it began.
  • Photos or video showing the fixture, installation context, rating label, and affected component.

We may ask for reasonable additional information to identify the fixture or confirm the cause. Do not disassemble, alter, or attempt an electrical repair unless a qualified electrician determines it is safe.

Limits and local rights

This is a limited warranty. Where law allows, an implied warranty may be limited to the one-year duration of this written warranty. Some states or provinces do not allow limits on implied warranties or certain damages, so a limit in this document may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights under the laws of your state, province, or territory. Nothing in this warranty removes a right that cannot lawfully be waived.
